LIFE ACHIEVEMENTS Objectives: To establish patterns of: a) Achievements you have found satisfying: b) What you found satisfying about those achievements c) Skills you used in those achievements. Instructions: 1. List the 3-5 most satisfying achievements in your life down one half of a separate page. These should be specific achievements, and not general statements of what you have found satisfying. These could be drawn from previous work experience, personal life or academic. The key to this is what events did you find most satisfying and start to work backwards as to what and why 2. Down the other half of the page, write down: a) What you found satisfying, and b) What skills and other qualities you used in each achievement. 3.
