How to make a payment using an Apple product.

1. Once application has been submitted, navigate to the Dashboard screen. You will see your

application with an “Actions” link at the right side. Click this “Actions” and a box will appear.

2. Click “Pay £ by Card”. If nothing happens follow the below steps. Open up the

phones/tablets Settings. Scroll down to Safari.

3. Within Safari Settings, look for the “Block Pop-ups”. If this is selected (left photo) then click

the button to turn off the setting (right photo). This will now allow pop-ups within Safari

until turned back on again.

4. Navigate back to the Safari Browser and re-click the “Pay £ by Card” link. This should now

present the “This site is attempting to open a pop-up window” as below. Click “Allow”. After

clicking “Allow” this will open a new window where you can pay using a debit/credit card.

5. If you are using Google Chrome as a browser on your apple device. The following screens will

show. Following clicking the “Pay £ by Card” link, it shows a “Pop-ups blocked (1)” as seen

below. Click “Always show”. Once clicked an “about:blank” window will open, close this

window and then click the “Pay £ by Card” link again. The payment window will now open

(right hand photo).
