Reason for licence transfer request
It is requested to transfer the license to Lagan Bitumen as they operate the licensable activity on the site. Irish Asphalt Ltd no longer have any operation or activity on the site. The asphalt plant is run onsite by Lagan Macadam but the entire site is managed by Lagan Bitumen. Therefore to regularise the situation it is requested that the licence be transferred.

Has a degree in Business Studies and has worked in the manufacturing sector for more than 10 years. John has been in charge of operations at the bitumen manufacturing facility since 2014.
Operations Manager. Is responsible for the day-to-day operations at the site and is the responsible person to ensure that the activity is carried out in accordance with the Licence conditions.
Martina CoyneDiploma in Quality Management. National Craft Certificate in Mechanical Engineering.
Emulsion Plant Manager since 2013 and was the Assistant Production Manager from 2007 to 2013. Martina is responsible for the day-to-day running of the emulsion plant and the associated activities. Martina assists John in the environmental management role.
Frank Glennon
Diploma in Business Management. Currently completing a Masters in Business Management. Operations Director with Lagan Bitumen since 2014. Has been in management roles with the Lagan Group since 1989.
As Operations Director is ultimately responsible for the smooth running of the overall operation at the site and ensuring that all sections are properly resourced to ensure that the site is managed and run in an effective and proper manner.
