This course is offered to everyone who is aged18 years or over
at the time of enrolment
Course Objectives
At the end of the course the student will be able to:
understand the principles and the practices as set out inthe
Sale of Liquor Act 1989 relating to the service andsale of
liquor
demonstrate an understanding of principles andthe concept of
host responsibility when providingliquor service.
Course details
The cost of the course is $191 per person including GST.In-house
courses can be arranged under specialcircumstances.
The course runs for two days from 9 .30am to 3pm, daily.

You must bring with you NZQA approved studentidentication.
If you have a copy of the Sale of Liquor Act 1989, it is
recommended that you bring it.
