Man in the Moon™: Sundays, April 8, 15, 22 @ 11:00 am. Ages 0-18 months.
An early literacy program for Dads, Step Dads, Grand Dads, Uncles, Foster Dads, and any other male
caregivers with children 0-18 months. Songs, rhymes, stories, and lullabies bring Dad and baby to-
gether. Space is limited. Register by calling 643-7239.

Bring your favourite adult to the Library for 30 minutes of songs, rhymes, & stories.
Preschool Storytime: Tuesdays & Saturdays @ 10:30 am. Ages 3-5 years.
Give your child the skills needed to learn to read through Reading, Writing, Talking, Singing, and Play-
ing with Every Child Ready to Read®. Explore weekly themes with stories, rhymes, crafts, and activi-
ties! Younger children welcome with a caregiver.
Family Storytime: Thursdays @ 6:30 pm. Ages 0-5 & caregivers.
30 minutes of stories, rhymes, and songs for the whole family just before bedtime. Pyjamas welcome!

In honour of the birthday of Queen Margrethe II of Denmark, join us for stories and activities based on
the imagination of Denmark’s most celebrated storyteller, plus treats courtesy of the Danish Consulate.

Manxmouse: Saturday, April 14 @ 2:30 pm.
Join us to sculpt creatures inspired by Manxmouse, a most unlikely hero and friend. Would you like to
win 4 tickets to see Manxmouse at the Imperial Theatre on Sunday, April 22? The show is based on the
children’s book by Paul Gallico (a favourite book of J.K. Rowling) and performed by the amazing pup-
pets of Kwatta Theatergroep from The Netherlands.
