There are some type of attacks on my gmail and yahoo accounts

my yahoo e-mail account gets stuck all the time and my gmail account is also affected, whereby I cant type

the addresses. this, coupled with the attack on Facebook, shows that I am getting close, that it is getting hot

for some individuals and they are lashing out like wounded animals.

What got their attention?

1. I filed my appeal in the 9th circuit, where I described violations of my clients and my constitutional rights,when Judge Carter hired Sidharth Velamoor, attorney from Obamas defense firm

2. I posted that there is a serious question about Sidharth Velamoors legal education, because he supposedly

finished law school in Bratislava Slovakia, but there is no evidence he is speaking Slovakian, and legaleducation there is in this language. Did Velamoor really fifnish law school? And he is the law clerk, who

drafted the last order for judge Carter, when Carter dismissed our case.

3. I filed my motion for reconsideration with Judge Lamberth, where I showed that I have perfect standing toproceed on the merits because Obama regime went after me for this $20,000 extortion, I suffered damages

and I need discovery. I, also, showed that in another case Lamberth stated that he has jurisdiction to order anindependent nation, Russian Federation to produce certain documents and books. If he has jurisdiction toorder the president of Russia to produce, he has jurisdiction to order the US President to produce his originalbirth certificate and his SS application.

4. I submitted to the EAstern district of PA and the third circuit court of appeals picture ID of Lisa Liberi,paralegal for Philip J. Berg, showing that she is indeed the person who was convicted of multiplen counts offorgery and theft. Why is Phil Berg continuing to work with the forger and thief and attacking me? How can

he do fundraising together with a convicted thief, currently on probation?

How can he continue submitting to courts documents prepared by Lisa Liberi, convicted document forger?what is going on? If Obama case will ever go to trial, this association with the convicted forger will be the first

line of attack by Obama and his attorneys. You cant go to court and expect to win a case, particularly a highprofile case, when you submit to court documents, prepared by a known career forger. I wonder, why is the

establishment attacking me so viciously, but not Berg? Maybe, because they know, that they can easily throwhis case out of court by simply showing to the presiding judge, that he is working with a career forger and notone single word coming out of his office can be believed. Additionally, he does not represent active dutymilitary, does not bring to court Vattel theory of Natural Born Citizen and he does not bring to court the issue

of Social security fraud, that is the most explosive issue. People might have disagreements about differenttheories of Natural born citizen, but Social security fraud is very straight forward. Could it be, that someone

wanted this case to fail by setting Berg in advance with a convicted forger and compromising the case tosuch an extend by it, so that no judge and no jury will rule in his favor?

This is a picture of a convicted document forger and thief Lisa Liberi, who is working as a paralegal for PhilBerg. Below is a description of her criminal conviction in San Bernardino county CA in 2008.She received 8

years prison term, which was reduced to probation due to medical reasons. She is currently on probation.

As my e-mails are being blocked and my facebook account is suspended, I had some time to look around and

realized that we are making real progress.

There is this most despicable Marxist blog and paper in Orange County. Just to give you an idea what type of

scum their editor Scott Moxley and chief reporter Spoencer Kornhaber are: their main art, posted to embellish

Orly bashing consists of a couple of pictures. One of them, was a picture, where they took my face, a head

Why are we paying taxes for the salaries of these probation officers, if they are not doing their jobs. Liberi

was supposed to be back in prison long time ago. Why isnt she back in prison? Why NM probation

department has pictures of all the felons on probation, why Liberis picture is missing? Is there somebody in

this department aiding and abetting this felon in not posting her picture on the web site? Is somebody placing

the public in danger by not posting Liberis picture and not prosecuting her?

I believe it was preset, for Philip Berg to be that piped piper and lead all the anti Obama movement in wrong

direction.If the case ever goes to trial, the moment any judge or jury finds out that Bergs paralegal Lisa

Liberi is a convicted document forger, that is the death verdict for the case, even if discovery is granted.

They simply didnt expect somebody else to get involved in this case.

For about a year and a half Attorney Phil Berg harassed me and a number of individualswith a frivolous law suit,while claiming that his paralegal Lisa Liberi was not convicted in CA of forgery of documents and theft and is not

currently on probation. Finally I was able to get her mug shot. You can see it below. She looks a little different

from her previously published picture, since her hair is not coloured blond on the mug shot (mug shot shows her

natural hair colour), she has no make up, and she is not smiling, but if you look at the face features, ou can easily

see, that it is the same Lisa Liberi, who was identified by Caren and Ed Hale in previously published affidavits, as a

woman, who appeared together with her attorney Philip J. Berg at the hearing in Philadelphia, PA in front of judge

Eduardo Robreno, case 09-1898, and claimed that she is an innocent woman, who didnt commit any crimes, and

was defamed by others. In pleadings Berg and Liberi accused me and licensed investigator Sankey, and Captain

Pamela Barnett, and Neil Turner and many others of committing crimes, while they are the ones committing crimes,
