EDHI 8600: Assessment in Higher Education

EDHI 8890: Seminar in Higher Education (Faculty Development in Georgia)

Coordinator and Instructor for the Faculty Development in Georgia program. This program assists faculty members at institutions of higher education in Georgia to pursue a doctoral degree at the University of Georgia. Assistantships are awarded on a competitive basis, and recipients receive financial assistance and a year’s leave of absence from their home institution. While at the University, FDIG participants enroll in appropriate courses in their academic department and participate in a weekly graduate seminar in the Institute of Higher Education. The seminar focuses on issues of teaching and learning in colleges and universities.
