The Purpose The Program The Goal

• Offer students an integrated learning & working experience via a structured internship program with assigned projects and development at each milestone (Minimum 7 weeks in total)

• Enhance employer branding in the industry

• Attract and develop young talents with all-rounded skills to build long-term talent pipeline

• Performance evaluation process will be built at the end of the internship to identify top talents

• Potential extended part-time job during Sep 2019 –Jun 2020 based on performance

• Open door to future fulltime job opportunity after they graduate

• A mentor will be assigned to each student who will be responsible for coaching, supervising and assessing the student’s performance

• Assessment will be in place at different stages

• A final presentation to the management on how the whole experience will contribute to Li & Fung and how they are going to share and promote our brand

• Digital Learning (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel & digital technologies)

• First project milestone assessment & feedback

• Final presentation to HR, LF Management & ITC on the experience sharing

Possible Internship Projects:• Research on market intelligence,

industry landscape, competitive environment

• Build digital content for brands• New product launch and set up pop-up

store• Coordinate company events and

activities, produce promotional documents, video clips, Powerpoint presentations, posters, newsletters & brochures for the company
