Working in the Victoria office, the successful candidate will work closely with the senior sales representatives, the warehouse manager, and other staff to provide exceptional service, technical information and product knowledge to the existing customers and prospects. Key Responsibilities: Effectively deliver HES PV’s value proposition to customers and leads. This will include presenting products and services available as well as technical support Support the senior sales representatives with their existing customer base Organize shipping logistics with the warehouse manager to ensure accurate delivery of products Qualify new potential customers and cold call to create new opportunities General administrative duties such as filing and organizing training events Remain current on industry trends, changes in codes and standards and product developments by attending sales meetings, vendor training and trade shows or reading trade journals. Skills & Experience Must be self-motivated and exhibit excellent time management Must possess an attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proven relationship building skills, ability cultivate and develop customer loyalty. Sales experience an asset, business to business preferably Practice excellent spoken and written English communication and interpersonal skills. Have proven proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint. Experience with CRM software is an asset. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
