LEXISNEXIS CA MSA PRICE SCHEDULE ~ Effective July 1, 2008

LexisNexis is pleased to provide the State of California with a flat rate plan for Legal, News, and Public Records services. This pricing plan includes unlimited access to the content offerings listed in this document. This pricing is being offered to all of your requested parties, with the exception of the University and Community College System (except for Administrative Personnel), public access and prison accounts.

California Statewide Pricing User Guidelines

The following prices are based on per user, per month, per agency. A user is defined as an attorney, judge, government professional, investigator, sworn officer, or any other professional in a

nonsupport role. Law clerks, secretaries and other support personnel do not need to be counted in the total number of users.

Additional Pricing Options

In addition to the Per User pricing plan option that allows unlimited access to subscription content as outlined in Exhibit A, LexisNexis is pleased to provide other pricing plan options to better suit an agencys research needs.

Volume Bonus Plan = Pricing Plan option for those agencies that wish to pay a fixed rate for unlimited users and unlimited materials within the subscription. During the term, Subscriber will pay an annual fee for the term specified for access to materials specified. The annual fee is calculated based upon the size of the agency and its growth commitment not to exceed 10x the amount of its usage. Should the agencys use exceed the 10x level, its increase will be 5% or in line with its X factor; if its usage is less than the 10X level, then the annual price increase will be consistent with the escalation schedule.

PayAsYouGo Plan = Pricing Plan option which allows an agency to pay the standard per search rate, which is determined based on the content that is researched on lexis.com or Accurint.com. Per search pricing option is available only via the lexis.com and Accurint.com interface. (See Attachment 1)

CourtLink PayAsYouGo Plan = Instead of paying a monthly commitment for the CourtLink product, an agency may choose to use the payasyougo option, paying for each filing per transaction. (See Attachment 2)
