Various owners have beenrecorded over the years and the house was once the home ofAmerican art collector Edward Perry Warren (1860-1928).Many artworks were acquired during this period including thefamous sculpture by Auguste Rodin (1840-1917) ‘Le Baiser’better known as The Kiss (now in Tate Modern).
