company was established in 1986 and since its

inception have achieved the top place in the

manufacturing of various Rubber and Plastic

Components, Moulded items and Rubber to Metal

bonded items in different types of polymers.

The company is certified by DNV for ISO/TS – 16949:

2009. We use modern cutting edge technology in our

manufacturing process and we are a reliable

manufacturer of various components like Anti

Vibration Mountings, Torsional Vibration Damper,

Centre Bearing, Rubber Seals, Gaskets, Flexible

Coupling, Rubber Bumpers, Oil seals, Interior and

Exterior Plastic components and many more essential

components for OE and after-market customers from

across the globe.

Ÿ Premier Seals (India) Pvt. Ltd. was established at M.I.D.C, Pune.

Ÿ The company was initially manufacturing Oil Seals and Boots

Addition of new products, mixing line and Adhesive Phosphating Line.

Ÿ Another enhancement to the product line with introduction of Metal Bonded products, Engine Mounts, Bushes and Suspension products.

Ÿ Development of Dynamic Load Testing Facilities.

Ÿ A major achievement for the company as it got ISO:9000 certification from DNV.

Ÿ Addition of advanced products like Air Intake Hoses, Cylinder Gaskets, and Suspension Springs to the list.

Ÿ Received ISO/TS 16949:2002 Certification.

Ÿ Established Mould Designing and Tooling Facilities with VMC's, EDM, CAD/CAM and Unigraphics.

Ÿ Establishment of Pokharkar Engg Pvt. Ltd. as a dedicated Rubber Manufacturing Plant.

Ÿ Another enhancement to the product line with introduction of Metal Bonded products, Engine Mounts, Bushes and Suspension products.

Ÿ Development of Dynamic Load Testing Facilities.

Ÿ Established Plastic manufacturing plant at Chakan and Mhalunge.

Ÿ Received ISP/TS 16949:2000 certification from TUV, Germany.

Ÿ Developed ARAI approved 10 lts and 3 lts plastic fuel tank.

Ÿ Participated in Make In India project

Ÿ Design and Development of advanced products like Engine Mounts, Damper Pulley, Suspension Mounts and Fuel Tanks.
