Convenience: Search by Specialty / Physician, Parking / Valet Options, Navigation Mapping Accuracy
Transparency: Wait Times (EMR Integration), Satisfaction Ratings, Events Communication
• Brand new medical center – need to engage patients
• Existing mobile app wasn’t reaching patients – missing wayfinding
• Needed to promote Brand
