HELP PROTECT OUR TREASURESPlease do not eat or drink inside the Museum halls or exhibit areas. Crumbs and spills can attract bugs and pests that can damage our objects and artifacts. Please do not touch exhibits and displays (except in the Discovery Center, where you can touch almost everything!). NHM is a smoke-free environment
HELP KEEP WILDLIFE WILDPlease don’t feed the wild animals in the Nature Gardens.
LOOKING FOR A RECYCLE BIN?Please use our bins for both trash and recycling. The contents of the bins are sent to a mixed waste processing facility which separates out the recyclable material, so you don’t have to!
