Conquistador HOA Ac1on Plan for COVID-19 Coronavirus 03/17/2020

Level 1 Implementa1on:

Based upon current informa1on about the virus implement the following.

- Post no1ces of methods for preven1on, protec1on and care.

- Gatherings restricted to maximum of 10 people in Conquistador immediately.

- Use disinfectant in high traffic areas such as hand railings, bathrooms, fitness center, clubroom etc.

Level 2 Implementa1on:

Based upon COVID-19 being detected in Mar1n County implement the following:

- Close Clubhouse except for the office with office door closed and essen1al personnel.

- Encourage Voluntary Restric1on of out of town visitors to Conquistador.

- Use only essen1al contractors such as lawn care, irriga1on, pool maintenance, care givers and emergency repair contractors as needed.

Level 3 Implementa1on:

Based upon a case of COVID-19 being detected in Conquistador implement the following:

- Quaran1ne condo unit and or building and home as mandated by Mar1n County Health Department.

- Close Clubhouse allowing essen1al personnel only allowing office to remain open.

- Restrict all outside personnel except for essen1al contractors as noted above.

- Residents should self-quaran1ne as needed.

- Con1nue disinfectant process as needed.

Adopt rules and regula1ons for Conquistador as recommended by Mar1n County, CDC and the Federal and State Governments.
