To Whom It May Concern:

I would like to take this opportunity to recommend Joanie Scruggs to you. Joanie is a valuablemember of our hospital team since December 19, 2013. Her position is being eliminated as a newDirector of Patient Care Services has been hired and the focus of the position is drasticallychanging.

Joanie is well-liked by her peers as well as other staff members and she is known for herteamwork and "Can Do" attitude. When the Medical Staff Assistant resigned Joanie stepped inand accepted the additional responsibility of the Medical Staff. There was no challenge shewould not accept and no employee she would not help on a project or job. She is that type ofemployee.

Joanie always has a smile on her face and a positive attitude about work and life. We will sorelymiss Joanie's professionalism, skills, honesty and attitude and wish her nothing but the best.

Dear Sir/Madam:

Re: Joanie Scruggs

I have known Joanie Scruggs for over two years. She came to Shriners Hospitals forChildren - Greenville initially as a temporary employee to support our Director of PatientCare Services.

During much of her time here, we were without a medical staff administrative assistantso she gladly took on that role as well. She did an excellent job in all of her roles. All ofthe staff liked her and admired her work attitude.

If we had an opening at Shriners for her again, we would hire her without hesitation.gladly give her my highest possible recommendation.
