From  the  period  of  June  9th  –  July  31st  2015,  Sammi  Jenkins  participated  in Dream Careers  London,  an  all‐

inclusive career development and internship program for highly select university students and post‐graduates. 

Sammi interned with RainbowWave, a leading London and Paris based fashion wholesale and PR agency , to 

gain  real  hands  on  work  experience  throughout  the  summer.    Sammi  was  also  proactive  in  gaining 

Communications,  Public  Relations,  and  fashion  experience  and  seeking  career  advice  to  gain  a  competitive 

advantage in the work force.  

The  internship  experience  in  London  has  demonstrated  Sammi’s  abilities  to  adapt  to  a  foreign  work 

environment,  embrace  challenges,  and  step  out  of  her  comfort  zone.    She  has  grown  personally  and 

professionally  from  this  experience,  and  I  am  confident  in  her  abilities  as  it  relates  to  her  future  career 

endeavors.  Sammi’s  direct  supervisor  evaluation at RainbowWave  rated her performance a 5 out of  5,  and 

included the following statement.  

“Sammi has been an amazing asset to the team. She highly enthusiastic and keen to learn. She is polite and courteous, has excellent 

communication skills and has a great phone‐manner. Sammi has been an absolute pleasure to have in the office and is always happy 

to help. Sammi has been extremely dedicated to her role ‐ punctual, hard‐working and meticulous. Her communication skills are 

excellent and we believe she is destined to succeed within the fashion industry.” ~ Jade Sanders, Assistant Account Executive
