Re: travel restrictions
Your governments latest attempts to stop me from informing
people across the world of the
threat they face from their own governments due to covert
methods of depopulation is both
childish and illegal.
The cat is out of the bag and no one can put it back. Due to my
work and sacrifices the world
now knows that the international framework for peace is based on
genocide and that this
genocide is accomplished by turning the basic elements of life
into weapons of mass sterility and

As you well know, I am scheduled to speak at the 3rd
International Conference on Epidemiology
and Emerging Diseases
(http://epidemiology.conferenceseries.com/speaker/2015/kevin-galalae-
center-of-global-consciousness-canada), which will take place in
Valencia, Spain, from 4-6
August 2015 and where I was invited by the worlds doctors to
present evidence of global
genocide.
In a desperate attempt to prevent me from attending this
conference, your government has
confiscated my passport on April 21 on the pretext that it was
reported lost or stolen and has
refused to return it to me even though I have sent a certified
copy proving that I am its rightful
owner.
Yesterday, I have applied for an emergency passport at the
Kitchener passport office, as I am
booked to fly to Valencia, Spain, on August 1, only to be told
that a passport may or may not be
issued and that if it is issued I will receive it on July 31,
thus one day before I am to leave to
Canada, and that it will be a restricted passport that will make
it difficult to cross international
borders. This is unacceptable and a blatant violation of my
freedom of movement, a right that
neither you nor your government has a right to infringe. In so
doing, you are further indicting
yourself and embarrassing Canada.
Your spooks will have also informed you that the three flights I
have booked and paid for are
non-refundable and were purchased with money donated by people
from across the world and

Should you prevent me from leaving the country you will have
interfered with civil society and
wasted the peoples hard-earned money; money that you have no
right to waste. You will have
also interfered with a non-governmental and non-profit
organization, the center of Global
Consciousness, and a peaceful effort to shut down the Global
Depopulation Policy; a program
that commits crimes against humanity and genocide, that is fully
outside the law, circumvents
democratic checks and balances and renders the Canadian
government, and all other
participating governments around the world, illegitimate and
criminal.
In so doing you will force the people of Canada and people
across the world to resort to violence
in order to stop their childrens poisoning. This is not a wise
move as you already stand on very
thin ice.
I advise you to abandon your membership in the depopulation
lobby and align yourself with the
peace-loving people of Canada and the world rather than wage a
dirty and perverse chemical and
biological war on 35 million innocent Canadians who have elected
you to protect not poison
them.
Unless my passport is issued within 24 hours, as stipulated by
law, I will interpret this
transgression as a clear intent on your part to stop me from
leaving Canada and speaking at the
conference in Spain.
Since I am responsible for making the money I have received from
more than 60 donors and the
support I have received from over 1,000 supporters count, as I
owe these people transparency
and accountability, as well as results, I will have no choice
but to leave Canada by sea and
attempt a solo trans-Atlantic crossing by sailboat or kayak so I
can keep the promises I made.
Unless I receive a passport by the middle of next week, which is
ample time for your bureaucrats
to do their jobs, I will proceed with the alternate plan of
reaching Europe. Should anything
happen to me, you will be held responsible by this and future
generations.
