Time and again, the community has performed its due diligence in
contacting the
community board, the 19th Precinct, and our offices to report
the many infractions of this
problem establishment, which is ruining the quality of life of
this terrific neighborhood. We
believe that there is overwhelming evidence to warrant the
revocation of Vudu Lounges liquor
license, and the time has come for the SLA to take definitive
action. The SLA has given Vudu
Lounge one chance after another to correct its behavior and the
lounge has abused every one ofthese opportunities. In light of this
history and the current accusations, there is no reasonable
punishment other than to revoke Vudu Lounges liquor license.
