Dear Representative Yoho

Fast track authority is innocuous sounding but the backstory and purpose proves it is dangerous to our Constitutional form of government and American freedom. With the announcement that Fast Track controversy is far from over the following pertains.

TPN Transatlantic policy network

The majority of Americans have never heard of TPN. Consequently they do not know it is the behind the scenes driver for the proposed transatlantic and transpacific union. The TPN boasts it is the network of networks among the elite political, business, and academic globalists pushing for transatlantic political and economic integration and convergence of the United States and the EU. Its time to shine t light on these cockroaches and make them scatter.

TPNs influence originates from the melding of politics and business[footnoteRef:1] finance, academia, and globalist think tanks. TPN and its members advocate the United States vote for agreements that establish new institutions of supranational governance with evolving powers legislative, executive, and judicial. These institutions are deigned to subvert and supplant the constitution you and I take/took to defend. [1: Public Private Partnerships Fascism by another name.]

Voting for TPA abrogates congress constitution authority. It also amounts to national hara-kiri (Suicide by disembowelment) since it fosters on the US what is being completed in the EU. Since the TPNs ultimate goal is for the United States surrender its sovereignty to international tribunals empowered to override the Constitution, it does not take a rocket scientist to figure out the United States will at some point lose its status free and independent nation if this continues.

TPNs mission to promote and assist the convergence of EU/US is best understood by Jean Monet, the Marxist father of the EU own words, Economic integration must and will lead to political integration since an integrated market requires common institutions producing common rules to govern.

Corporate membership in the TPN includes JP Morgan, Citibank, HSBC, caterpillar, Time-Warner, Boeing, Microsoft, Oracle, Pfizer, Disney, Hewlett Packard, Coca-Cola, GE, IBM, Eli Lilly, Amgen, BASF to name a few. The Streit Council [footnoteRef:2]is also part of the TPN network. It advocates for regional and global governance. Rep. Jim Costa (D-Calif) authored an article stating TPN members agree to a target date of 2015 to compete the transatlantic market tween the United States and Europe. He approves of the idea that the United States surrender its sovereignty to international tribunals empowered to override the Constitution, not to mention state constitutions and local laws. Streit, a New York Times correspondent who reported from the League of Nations, He wrote a book,published in 1939, and titledUnion Now: A Proposal for a Federal Union of the Leading Democracies.]

TTIP -Transatlantic Trade and Investment PartnershipThe proposed TPP and TTIP deal with issues from alternative energy v. global warming, sustainable development, immigration, homeland security, global military intervention, copyright enforcement, Internet Control/censorship and much more. As noted, many of these issues have nothing to do with trade but everything to do with slavery and tyranny via social engineering. What is proposed here is a Marxists/Communist/Humanists dream.

The U.S. trade representative website lists the following as areas being negotiated in the secret TTIP conferences. "Agricultural Market. Access, Competition, Cross-Border Services. Customs and Trade Facilitation Electronic Commerce and Telecommunications Energy. Raw Materials, Environment Financial Services, Government procurement .- Intellectual Property Investment, Labor, ... Rules of Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) Sectorial Annexes/Regulatory Cooperation., Small- and Medium-Sized businesses, State-Owned Enterprises, Technical barriers to trade (TBT), Textiles , and Trade Remedies.

The TTIP also creates Regional executive bureaucracies, legislative bodies, and judicial tribunals all of which will assert ever more authority over virtually every sphere of human activity. Former Secretary of State Warren Christopher said, The long term objective is the integration of economies of north America and Europe, consistent with the principles of the WTO (World Trade Organization) that will align our efforts to promote transatlantic integration with the forces of integration around the world.

Leaked copies of the TPP chapter on intellectual property rights reveal an effort to to turn alleged copyright infringement into a powerful weapon for private parties and government to censor distribution of information over the internet. The leaked text also revealed new terms on the misuse of trade secrets. The proposed TTIP and TPP represent a full-scale assault on and an existential threat to, this countrys national sovereignty, our national independence, constitutional form of government, and our individual rights and freedoms.

Congress critters who are members of the subversive TPN must be confronted and publicly exposed. Tar and feathering is in order. One-way tickets to the communist country of their choice is also in order for those who refuse to renounce their loyalty to global governance and reaffirm their loyalty to God, County and our Constitution.

This letter shows, the enemy within is as great as the enemy from without. The following quote from Marcus Tullius Cicero applies:

It is worth reminding you that on the opening day of each new Congress, every member of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives takes an oath of office to "support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic" and "bear true faith and allegiance to the same." For many members this solemn act is merely a perfunctory ceremony, but it is a morally and legally binding act, and one that should not be taken lightly.

I am cognizant of and appreciate your No votes on Fast Track Authority so far. I expect more of the same. The difference between then and now is you now know why your NO vote is required.
