Dear Sir, I understand that there is a new housing neighbourhood near Homing Terrace. I need more information as I am interested in buying a flat there. Is there a sports centre, a swimming pool or a park in your plan? My family and I like outdoor and indoor activities very much. We like to go to the park for our outdoor activities. Is there a sports hall so we can play ball games in the evenings? During weekends, we can go swimming. It is very important for all people to exercise so they can be healthy. These facilities will be good places for the people to meet and get to know each other better.

It would be great if there are other facilities like a library, a bank, a supermarket, a market, a clinic and a shopping centre with restaurants and a cinema. Is there a MTR or KCR station nearby? A good transportation system is very important for everybody especially for school-going children and elderly people. Are there any primar

y and secondary schools nearby? I would like my children to go to nearby schools.
