It is to kindly submit that the above work was completed long back except Flooring with vitrified Ceramic tiles due to representation made by the some members of then then Committee of Muslims requesting that the flooring should be done with Marble slab only.

In this connection our agency was not able to complete the balance work of Flooring with vitrified Ceramic tiles. Hence we request your kind permission to allow us to submit our claim for closing of this work of Palacole Municipality-Construction of minority community hall at palacole under MPLADS 2009-10 grant of Sri.K.Bapiraju, Honble MP (L.S)-Narsapuram.

We also request your kind consideration for refund of deposits for this work as the defect liability period for this MPLADS work also completed.
