John successfully led his team in a complex matrix environment, where he completed the conversion from our legacy mainframe system to an open architecture system for two challenging and highly visible lines of business. John oversaw the activities of several project managers, developers, and analysts and was the main point of contact for multiple business units. John led his deliverable team through the full SDLC process from the requirements phases to post implementation support.
