My name is Darryl Curtis and I am Oncor Electric Delivery’s Account Manager –Executive for west Texas. My role is to be the primary point of contact for Large Commercial and Industrial customers of Oncor for west Texas. Pablo Villa‐Martinez worked under my guidance out of our Odessa office from May 2014 until August 2014. Pablo returned during the 2014 Christmas holidays and also worked under my guidance. He assisted me in addressing all types of customer concerns during both times. As a registered professional engineer, I have had many opportunities over my 33 years of work experience to interact with young, upcoming future Oncor employees. Pablo was unique in that he brought experience, customer perspective and hard work immediately to the table. His technical abilities were put to the test as the west Texas area saw numerous loading, protection‐coordination and design issues from many of our large Commercial and Industrial base. In some cases, Pablo had the lead role on the entire project from customer contact initiation to full mitigation. He worked closely with Oncor’s operating personnel on various operating issues. Pablo is a team player and works well even under stressful conditions. He developed many partnerships with Oncor personnel and customers in the Odessa and Midland areas. He showed extraordinary respect to those around him and is recognized by many Oncor personnel for his hard work and know how. Pablo was always willing to take on new challenges with enthusiasm and initiative. One example is the dedication he showed during a severe ice storm that impacted the west Texas area just after Christmas in 2014. Pablo invested many late hours in his strong desire to get the Oncor system fully restored. Pablo will bring much value to the any organization he finds himself in and I believe his experience during the summer and winter of 2014, provided him with additional work essentials that will ensure his continued success. Please advise if I can provide any additional information in support of Pablo. Darryl Curtis, P.E. Account Manager, Executive Oncor Electric Delivery
