Good day Dr. Villarin. We are students from the College of Nursing, Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology. We are currently conducting a study entitled “Association of Blood Type with an Increased Risk of Dengue Fever and Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever in Iligan City” in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the Degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Along with this, we would like to request permission from your good office to allow us to conduct our study and view the records of dengue cases from January 2007- January 2012 in different barangays in Iligan City. Rest assured, any information obtained will be treated with utmost confidentiality and will be used purely for the aforementioned purpose. Your positive reply is gratefully appreciated.
