Letter of Intent 30 July 2010 Dear ExCo members, Dear EDSA Delegates, After careful consideration and over the course of many months working for the prosperity of EDSA, I am writing to inform you that I have decided to apply for the Vice-President officer position during the 2010-11 Executive Committee elections. I truly believe that my qualities, experience and willingness are suitable to be in favour of EDSA Executive Committee. I’m sure that after an year as EDSA Vice President I’m far more experienced and one new mandate will be even more successful. I am 6 th year student at Medical University – Varna, Faculty of Dental Medicine and I have one more year till my graduation. I am at the head of International Relations Department of Dental Medicine Student Association – Varna, which is a Full EDSA member organization. I am interested in the position of Vice-President because I deem this was a natural development of my personal qualities last year, starting from delegate of my university, passing through work as a Co-editor of the EDSA Magazine and having in mind the duties that Vice-president shall accomplish on his position. Considering the fact that a have one more year as a student and as I’m already acquainted with the work as Vice I think this will be in useful for EDSA. As I already share the ideas and virtues of EDSA I am sure the new Executive Committee and me will manage to promote the interests and ideas of the Association in accordance with the Constitution and will carry out our duties as assigned by the Constitution and the Assembly. My personally will be responsible for maintaining contacts with affiliate associations and as my eventual duties demand I will find and keep in touch with associations that will become new members in the EDSA big family.

I truly believe that my qualities, experience and willingness are suitable to be in favour of EDSA Executive Committee. I’m sure that after an year as EDSA Vice President I’m far more experienced and one new mandate will be even more successful. Probably most of the EDSA Delegates are clear with my potential and qualities considering my work with the EDSA Magazine Working Group and the previous year as Vice President that is why I will briefly mention my experience in the field of non-political organizations:

I am one of the founders of Dental Medicine Student Association – Varna; Over a year and a half I am at the head of International Relations Department of DMSA –

Varna; Varna delegate during the last four EDSA Meetings (Varna - April 2008; Zagreb - September 2008; Ljubljana – March 2009, Helsinki – August 2009) Part of the EDSA Magazine Working Group since September 2008 as a Co-editor; Part of the EDSA Executive Committee – Vice President 2009 – 2010

I acknowledge the remarkably fruitful legacy of the present Executive Committee and I hope to be the best choice for the position I am applying for in order to carry on the tradition of prosperity of EDSA family and making useful relations with partners all over Europe and the World.
