News from Kindergarten Room 22

 Thank you to the many families who havesigned up to donate items for our Halloween

party on Monday. Please send in the itemsthat you have signed up for sometime thisweek so I can be sure we have enoughbefore the weekend. The schedule for theday will be as follows: Both the AM & PM willwear their costumes to school and attendfrom 8:27– 11:43. Both classes will meetwith me in the classroom where we will havea brief circle time. As it will be a busy placewith 40 kids, I ask that parents wait untilafter the parade to join your child. We willbegin our ALL School parade at 9:00 A.M.

 You may view the parade from the gym orline the kindergarten hallway. We will endour parade in the cafeteria where we will

begin our Halloween center fun. Thank youto all the parents who volunteered to help!

We will be learning about the letter A athis week. Please have your child takenotice to the print type (a) that we will onlysee in print but will not attempt to write ourA a’s this way.

We have confirmation from the FortGratiot Fire Department, we will taking ourfield trip on Thursday November 17th. A.M.

class will leave at 8:45 and the P.M. classwill leave at 12:15. We will be carpooling.

 Thanks to the parents who returned the sliptwo weeks ago, it seems like we will haveenough drivers as well as booster seats.Permission notes will come home in acouple weeks.

Please consider supporting the HunterHose Hospitality House and Girl Scout Troop70595 by sending in a pantry or $ donation.See the flyer in the folder for more detailedinformation. We have boxes in ourclassroom made by the girl scouts that willhold all the donations. The winning classwill win a pizza party. Thanks in advancefor our support!

I’m looking for a few parents to come in

and help on Friday. We will be exploringpumpkins and planning pumpkin seeds. Inthe AM we will begin around 10:00. In thePM we will begin around 1:30. Just drop mea note if you are able to come in, Thanks.

 This week the AM has special on Tuesday(ART) & Thursday (MUSIC). PM has special

on Monday (ART), Wednesday (MUSIC), &Friday (GYM). Library is on Tuesday EVERYWEEK!
