The 41st Itabashi Agricultural Festival “Let’s joint hand-in-hand and nurture productive agriculture of Itabashi for tomorrow!”

Time: 11:30-16:00 November 10, Sat (Opening Parade from 13:00- )

10:00-15:30 November 11, Sun (Taiko drums concert from 9:45- )

*Rain-or-shine, however individual event may be cancelled in case of rain

Venue: Around Akatsuka Gymnasium

*Traffic will be controlled for cars and bicycles on the days.

●Musical parade featuring the Vegetable Treasure Ship,

the symbol of the festival! Dance and Mikoshi processions!

●Exhibitions featuring Itabashi City’s finest vegetables and fruits,

which will be available to purchase on Nov. 11th.

●Sales of Itabashi City agricultural products of vegetables,

fruits and plants.

Enroll in the National Health Insurance!

Non-Japanese residents who have completed resident registration should enroll the National Health

Insurance program (NHI) unless otherwise covered by workplace health insurance.

Once enrolled NHI, you pay only 30% of medical fees at hospitals or other medical facilities.

Those with the following residence status cannot enroll in NHI, even if they have completed resident

registration:

・Those entering or residing in Japan of the purpose of medical care under the “Designated Activities”

(tokutei katsudo, 「特定活動」status ( or accompanying persons)

・Those people whose residence status is “Temporary Stay” ( 「短期滞在」)

To Enroll: Please bring your Resident Card and passport to the counter below.

Premium fees (per person):

①0 to 39 years old, 65 to 74 years old: ¥51,000,

②40 to 64 years old: ¥66,600 (including Nursing Care Insurance fee ¥15,600)

*Premium vary according to previous year’s income and number of enrolled dependents.

You can pay by paper slips or through bank transfers.
