Cellular networks typically feature large numbers of fixed location transceivers or base stations located across a wide geographical area - each requiring an independent onsite

power source. Wireless and continuous communication provides an excellent way to monitor the whole network reliably giving immediate notification of problems and

long-term statistical reporting for the gen-set at each cell site.

Heavy machinery working in remote locations can be easily monitored using the GPRS module for operational hours, fuel consumption and a wide range of engine

parameters delivering advanced control benefits for plant operators and rental companies looking to optimize machinery revenue. Fuel monitoring is improved,

helping fleet operators target machines with least fuel first, and if a breakdown occurs, an assessment can be made remotely, thereby removing the need for a site

visit or ensuring the correct parts are taken to site.

A wide variety of engine driven equipment used on construction sites can be remotely monitored allowing the real time status of machinery such as cranes,

lifts, lights, compressors and pumps to be assessed and monitored accurately. Site owners and machine operators benefit from improved and more efficient control of

time usage, fuel level, engine performance and enhanced security.

Large-scale irrigation systems often feature high numbers of engine driven irrigation pumps, all of which can be easily controlled and monitored from a single supervision point. With the GPRS module installed operators can send commands to stop and start the engine as well as manage critical functions like water flow to individual pumps and frequency of pulses remotely and when necessary, making

corrective adjustments without the need for personnel to visit the site.

Irrigation pump system

• Irrigation pump is driven by combustion engine.• InteliDrive Lite makes complete controls, monitoring and

protection of the engine.• Water flow from a pump is measured by flow-meter. InteliDrive

Lite controls variable speed engine, which enables to change water flow according momentary need.

• InteliDrive Lite protects engine against overload via engine load limitation function based on Load information from ECU.

• The system status and required flow is monitored and adjustable via GPRS modem from a central supervision point via integrated and enhanced PLC logics, as well as the engine-speed load is controlled via PID-loops.

• The advanced bi-directional CAN-Bus communication helps simplify the wiring to the engine.
