� THE ORGANIZATION CHART was proposed by the Director and the Deputy Director of

the DRI and approved by the President, the Councils and the staff representatives

� THE DRI is under the administrative authority of the Directeur Général des Services (DGS)

� THE STAFF : 25 staff : permanent position and on contract. The director and the deputy

director appointed the heads of the three services, and of the administrative and financialdirector appointed the heads of the three services, and of the administrative and financial

bureau . The process was opened inside the staff of the direction. The permanent staff has

the choice to stay or ask for a mobility within the University .

� THE LOCALISATION : DRI will be located on two sites

� THE STAFF MANAGEMENT: a key point to turn a single department

� A TIME OF TRANSITION : DRI should be fully operational on September 2015

� AT THE ADMINISTRATIVE LEVELAs a semi centralized organization, our objective is to coordinate and to harmonize all theadministrative procedures (e.g: management of the mobility programmes, financial allocationsto students, common models of cooperation agreements …etc) within the DRI and also with thebureaus of international relations of the faculties and institutes as well as with the other servicesfor quality management for the student administrative registration .→ an opportunity to choose the best procedures and exchange good practices.

� AT THE INTER DEPARTEMENT LEVELBuild interacting relationships with the other departments, in particular the research departmentBuild interacting relationships with the other departments, in particular the research department(UM is a research driven University) and the teaching and curricula department, the financialdepartment, the human resources department…→ assert the transversal mission of the DRI

� AT THE INTERNATIONAL POLICY LEVELa Vice-president for international relations appointed by the President- a « chargé de mission » for the interactions with the research department and the partnershipand valorisation department and other « chargés de mission zônes géographiques » appointedby theVice-president- a « conseiller en appui aux opérations stratégiques »
