GROUPS I decided to use a mixed grouping. If you group students together with a mix of ability levels, the high achievers tend to help the low achievers

Higher achiever/ Lower achiever groups

1. Ili usually works well with his sister Jessie who is always willing to help him as she is a higher achiever.

2. Basilica groups effectively with Debbie. As they share common interests. Debbie is easy to work with. She is easy going and likes everyone in her class. She really works well with everyone except Joanna who is the exact opposite.

3. Joanna is a little bit more difficult to cope with as she feels easily pressured by her peers because she is highly competitive and always wants to be the leader. The only ones she seems to work well with are Jessie and Helen because they are also very romantic personalities. So this time she will work with Helen.
