Cell Phones and Driving

Cell phones have made it faster and easier than ever to communicate with others at any time. But should people be allowedto use a cell phone while operating a motor vehicle? Some argue that cell phones create a dangerous distraction whiledriving. Others argue that technology has improved enough that people should be allowed hands-free access to a cell phonewhile driving. What do you think?

In a well-crafted essay, defend your position on the issue. Include evidence to support your reasons in favor of or againstusing cell phones while driving.
