Some jobs might require a cover letter

A cover letter is a business letter that accompanies an application or resume. Use it to introduce yourself, highlight your skills, and request an interview.

Examples of salutations if you don’t know the name: Dear Human Resources Department, To Whom It May Concern, Dear Manager

Before signing your name, end letters with:

Sincerely, What are some other ways to begin and end a cover letter?
