Self-AssessmentSelf-Assessment is a process of determining who you are.

You are an individual with interests, skills, values, and a personal style that are unique to you and you alone. To determine who you are, you need to analyze and reflect upon your current traits, what you are capable of doing, and the person you want to be.

17Why care about myself? What am I good at?Where will I be happiest? What am I capable of?What, deep inside, is the strongest thing about me?

These questions are important because,1. You can see your strengths + how to build them2. Know what your weaknesses are + work on them =Focus on the person you want to become

This process is called self-assessment
