Special Instructions for Imprinted Products (call 800-325-9414 x164 for information)Orders for imprinted items can be called in, faxed, mailed or emailed to [email protected]. To order any of the custom imprinted materials, please type or print the copy you wish imprinted in the space provided. Note that Traditional Care Cards allow for 3 lines at the top and 5 lines at the bottom. Special Situation Care Cards allow up to 5 lines. The Visitor/Friendship Tokens do not have a standard allowance; the Pew Cards and Parish Occasion Cards allow for up to 5 lines; Pocket Calendar Cards allow for up to 4 lines, 34 characters per line; and Certificates allow for 3 lines of imprinting. If you wish your de-nominational or church logo to appear on the Care Cards (in place of the standard cross), or on the Visitor/Friendship Tokens, please mail or email black line art on white paper (Do not fax custom artwork). When imprinted material is ordered with other products from Creative Communications, the other products will be shipped promptly and the imprinted items will be shipped separately. Please note: quantity discounts apply only on identical imprints. Please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery of the personalized products.Please type or print.
