WORK EXPERIENCE Feb-12-till now Company : Daelim Industrial Corporation, Seoul,

South Korea. July’14 – Feb-15 Project : Sulphur Handling Facilities (Revamp and New) at MAA Refinery Position : Instrument Design Engineer The objective of this project is to Revamp the facilities so as to increase available capacity, Increase the transfer rate and thereby reduce the ship loading time, Utilize larger ships for sulphur loading and Meet K-EPA requirements and enhance the safety aspects. Main Duties: Performed Detail engineering design for Sulphur handling facilities. Responsible for Evaluation of Vendor Offers and Prepare Technical Comparison Statements. Review & Approve Vendor Drawings, Datasheets and Design calculations. Review of ITB, Feed documents, KNPC standards and Project Specifications documents. Well conversant with Shell DEP engineering standards. Review of all Instrumentation layout drawings (cable routing, instrument location, instrument room

layout, gas detector layout etc.). Review of Instrumentation typical installation drawings, cable trench, wiring diagrams, SPI

Apr’13 – Jul-14 Project : Sadara Isocyanates PMDI/TDI Project Position : Process Automation Engineer Sadara is a joint venture between Saudi ARAMCO and DOW chemical company in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia, the world’s largest chemical complex ever built in a single phase, with 26 integrated world-scale manufacturing plants that will produce more than three million tons of products every year. Main Duties: Provided PCS design inputs (IO database, P&IDs. Control building Layout diagrams, auxiliary

panel layout and plot plan) to Main Automation Contractor (MAC) for hardware engineering i.e. cabinets design & construction and system IO Allocation activity.

Liaise and Follow up with MAC to receive the Process control system deliverables on time as per Project schedule.

Review and provide Interlock logic diagram, cause & effect diagram and control philosophy documents to MAC for building application engineering

Review and commenting of MAC deliverables (I/O assignment, Application Implementation Review (AIR), Software Design Specification (SDS), Model design Specification (MDS).

Review and commenting of Configuration Acceptance Test (CAT) and Model Acceptance Test Procedures (MAT).

Preparation of detail design inputs (SPI data base, HMI-Graphics, Process Flow Diagrams, Pump Automation data etc.) to MAC for implementation.

Main Duties: Involved in HAZOP / ROOT CAUSE studies and Safety Analysis for this project Conducted various Hardware FAT test as per system vendor submitted final FAT test procedures i.e. Cabinets visual inspection testing, Power redundancy test, component verification test and IO
