SMRT-CORE™ PROGRAMMING COMPONENTS SMRT-CORE™ Prep: relaxed, self-myofascial release at a quick, controlled tempo to warm up the body and prepare for the workout ahead. SMRT-CORE™ Essentials: foundational movements of SMRT-CORE™ which provide SMR to targeted muscle groups with core integration. These unique movements allow the body to simultaneously strengthen while in- creasing blood flow to specific muscle groups. SMRT-CORE™ Essentials prepare targeted muscle groups to fire more efficiently. SMRT-CORE™ Exercises: exercises using the GRID™ as a fulcrum (point of balance) , and the body as a lever, to create proprioceptive challenge. All SMRT-CORE™ exercises integrate the core and focus on strengthening specific muscle groups. SMRT-CORE™ Total Body Tension: By using gravity, ground force reaction and closing the chain by compressing each end of the GRID™, the entire body is integrated with Total Body Tension. Total Body Tension isometrically fires the muscles of the upper body and core, requiring functional stabilization during movement. SMRT-CORE™ Flush: self-massage techniques using the GRID™ to relax, rejuvenate and restore the body. Mas- sage is a necessity for proper recovery, and is often not included in exercise regimes. SMRT-CORE™ Flush is performed at a slow, controlled tempo. L I K E T H E F I N G E R S L I K E T H E P A L M L I K E T H E F I N G E R T I P S

CASSIDY PHILLIPS is a biomechanical specialist concentrating on sports perfor-mance, injury prevention, and the muscular structure that supports the efforts of the body in motion. His objective is to recognize the biomechanical challenges of movement and actions of everyday life and marry them with the biomechani-cal inefficiencies recognized within patterns of movement defined by a sport of choice or through sedentary patterns of movement such as sitting, walking, and running.Phillips believes that addressing the muscles in a synergistic manner allows the body to move freely, without restriction, due to the decrease in tension and the removal of dysfunctional fascia and trigger points.Phillips has worked with the Olympic Training Center in Canada and the United States. He also assisted six Olympic athletes during their efforts in the 2004 Games, and has worked with NFL, NHL, and MLB players. Recently, he has assisted some of

the best triathletes and cyclists achieve their goals of being the best in the world.TPT and RE-GEN Performance Training have been recognized by medical doctors, orthopedic surgeons, po-diatrists, physcial therapist, chiropractors, and massage therapists in their traditional treatment plans. Variations have also assisted personal trainers and coaches in the periodization of training for their clients.Athletes and non-athletes from around the world have used Phillips and TPT products to implement the use of Myofascial Compression Techniques (MCT) with the TPT tools with incredible and sometimes life-altering results.
