Who We Are / What We Do
We are an Aboriginal owned - family business that hosts fitness and wellness programs across Canada, and soon to branch out to the United States.
Our aim is to improve the lives of individuals to lead a healthy and happy lifestyle through good old fashioned exercise.
We cater our fitness classes to everyone from beginners to advanced levels. Our focus has been on people dealing with
diabetes and obesity and getting people to a healthier weight.

Lemon Cree offers healthy cooking classes designed to educate on how diet not only affects weight loss but also illness and disease in the body. Classes are held by a culinary trained chef that incorporates traditional food into meals and based on each community’s accessibility to food.

To help cater to isolated communities we also offer online subscriptions to workouts in Bounce Fit, Power Fit, Yoga, as well as providing nutritional recipes incorporating traditional foods
and health tips for healthy living.
Online Workout Videos
Lemon Cree offers year round trainer certification workshops including First Aid and CPR training for people to continue workout
programs in their communities. We successfully have over 100 trainers across Canada who have also created jobs for themselves
and for others in their line of work as fitness instructors.

Lemon Cree has partnered up with NACAFV, (National Aboriginal Circle Against Family Violence)
bringing fitness classes to shelters in Canada. Pilot project. Ottawa, Montreal and Fish River, Manitoba
