It’s a frightening fact that thousands of caravans

and motorhomes are stolen annually and the

chances of this happening to you are likely to

increase. Although purchased for enjoyment your

caravan is also a significant investment that needs

effective protection from both loss and accidental

damage to ensure that you can continue to enjoy it

for many years to come.

Our tracking system is a small black box that is

installed into your vehicle by one of our accredited

fitters. The tracker is fitted covertly in your vehicle

so there is nothing to alert a thief that a tracking

unit has been fitted. Once powered-up the device is

able to pinpoint your vehicle’s location, accurate to

within about 8 feet and relay that information back

to Phantom’s 24-hour control centre.

Phantom Pro iii ® This unit can send us alerts when a theft is actually in progress. We can connect the device into your existing alarm system so that when the siren sounds it simultaneously sends us an alert. When we receive the alert we contact you by telephone to make you aware of the situation. At this point you can confirm whether it is an actual theft or a false alarm.

Battery management Our Phantom Pro iii units are programmed to carefully monitor the vehicles battery, alerting us to any interference and warning us when your battery begins to run down. You can also monitor your battery with our online portal and smart phone App.

If you don’t currently have an alarm system we can provide and fit one at a discounted rate when purchased alongside our tracking unit. Or you can use the on board motion sensor on the tracking unit, which detects when the vehicleis in motion.

Is there a subscription cost?Yes, the subscription cost is competitively priced at either £99 per year or £349 for a five-year subscription. After the subscription period has ended you can either pay the same again or signup to our £8.99 monthly direct debit.
