As well as utilizing theintegrity checks in theGPS1200 field system,LEICA Geo Office post pro-cessing allows extendeduser control over what hasto be processed and how it is processed. For routinebaseline computations, pro-cessing can be set to runfully automatically usingdefault settings. For criticallines or special investiga-tions, processing can bemanually controlled, inwhich case advanced usershave ample scope to setparameters and use theirown processing scenarios.

Results Manager contains a range of graphical analy-sis tools and report logsthat allow the results to be viewed and examined indepth before they are accepted and stored.

Use Results Manager toinspect and analyze the leveling results and gener-ate a report. Finally, storethe results and/or exportthem as required.

■ Network adjustmentThe Network Adjustmentmodule allows you to combine all types of measurements – GPS, TPSand level – or to handlethem separately in a rigorous least squaresadjustment in order toobtain the best possible setof consistent coordinatesand verify that they fit withthe coordinates of knowncontrol points. Extensivestatistical testing identifiesblunders and outliers.

Network Adjustment isbased on the powerfulMOVE3 kernel with rigorousalgorithms. It will adjust 3D GPS networks, 2D TPStraverse nets, 3D TPS tra-verse and height networks,1D level line networks, as well as combined GPS,TPS and level networks.
