    Resolutions of the 76th Session

Resolutions generally do not make binding law in ASUN. However, some resolutions have a binding

character on the Senate itself, and are thus continuing in nature. Below are listed the resolutions of

binding and continuing effect and their status in light of the Councils decisions. They are all resolutions

internal to the Senate itself, and all have the character of making rules of the Senate. The reason they

are included is because subsequent adoption of rules, based on these resolutions, are erroneous and no

longer binding. Resolutions that are excluded from this list are resolutions directed to an entity outside

of ASUN because they do not have binding or continuing effect. The basis of the resolution number is

the assignment reported by the ASUN Archivist.
