• Revises the existing exemptions regime

• Note oil storage limit (paragraph S1) is 3m3 not 100 (amended by SI 676/2010)

• Sch 2 premises LA cannot charge for disposal

• Regulations very likely to change

• May result in education, hospitals & prisons being removed from Sch 2
