The City Council reserves the right to vary these or other procurement timescales or arrangements.

The City Council reserves the right to appoint more than one contractor to carry out the services. The CityCouncil further reserves the right to award a contract to one contractor for all lots or to award separate lots todifferent contractors. The contract is not exclusive and the City Council reserves the right to appoint additionalcontractors if necessary.
