36t MONTH PAY
The !3th month pay re0uired by Presidential >ecree $! is additional income based on #age but
not part of the #age. &t is !!G of the total basic salary earned by an employee #ithin calendar
year. All ranH-and-file employees regardless of their designation or employment status and
