We will be most happy to assist you with all the details of your function concerning menu choices for breakfasts, brunches, lunch and dinner buffets, receptions, seminars, and special meetings. You may select menus from our VIP and Traditional buffets or we will create a menu of your choosing to satisfy your specific needs and occasion. (See our menu options. Please note that prices are subject to change.) ere is no charge for the use of our banquet rooms when food is purchased for all guests. (ere is a $400 minimum when only appetizers are ordered.) All banquet rooms are reserved for four-hour windows and are assigned by request or in accordance with the anticipated guaranteed number of guests. A guaranteed minimum number of guests must be given when rooms are reserved. If guest count drops below the minimum count given aſter the proposal is approved, room charges will apply ($200 for large banquet room/ $100 for each smaller banquet room)—if all rooms have been reserved in advance and guest count drops significantly, 25% of the original proposal will be applied to the final bill. A nonrefundable deposit of $200/$100 (based on guest count) is requested to confirm your reservation and will be deducted from the final invoice. A 6% Maryland Sales Tax will apply unless your organization/ group is tax exempt. A current tax exempt certificate must be provided. A 20% gratuity will also apply to compensate our hostesses and servers. Bartenders are available at a fee of $75 (four hours.) We offer podiums, microphones, screens, WiFi hook-up, laptop tables, colored napkins, etc., at no additional cost. Wedding Event Fees

A $200 venue set-up fee will apply to all wedding receptions. Cake cutting and reception coordination assistance provided at no extra charge. Dance floor, podium, microphones, screens, colored napkins, WiFihook-up, laptop tables, etc., are available at no extra charge. Bars are available in two of our banquet rooms. A bartender is available at a fee of $75 for four hours. Banquet rooms will be available for set-up/decorating on day of event. If set-up is required the day before, room charges may apply.

A $200 nonrefundable deposit is required to lock in date of event. The deposit will be deducted from the finalproposal. A proposal/contract will be created based on menu choice and guest count. Proposal must be approved by client.

Rooms are assigned by request (or if dance floor or bar is needed),or in accordance with the anticipated guaranteed number of guests. A GUARANTEED MINIMUM number ofguests must be given when rooms are reserved and proposal is created. If guest count drops below the GUARANTEED MINIMUM count given after the proposal is approved, room charges will apply. If all roomshave been reserved in advance and guest count drops significantly, 25% of the original proposal will be applied to the final bill.

For all weddings, 25% of the proposal will be due 60 days after proposal is approved, 25% due 60 days later, andthe remaining 50% will be due 7 days prior to scheduled event. Final payment may be made by cash, moneyorder, credit card (Master Card, Visa, Discover, or American Express), or by one check or payment made outto Mister Paul’s Legacy. Any additional charges incurred during the event are to be paid in full at conclusion of the event.

A 20% gratuity and a 6% Maryland Sales Tax will be added to the final proposal. Final guest count is requiredone week prior to the event in order to purchase food and supplies. Charges will be based upon the final guestcount given one week prior to the event or total guest count, whichever is greater. Guest count may not be decreased at this time. ALL PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
