Unscrew top cap from damping shaft with19mm and 9 mm (flats on shaft) open wrench

If needed, the rebound and TM dial assembly can be takenAppart and cleaned!

What does the IFP do?

Air above IFP functions as top out for 100mm position
How does TM work?
When blue TM dial is turned, a portIs shut and captures oil inside the TMBody, which reduces the total stroke.

Carefully remove IFP from TravelManagement body(don‘t damage theSurface!)

Remove both quad rings, clean pistonAnd replace quad rings with new ones.

Remove all O-rings from Travel Management body,Clean body and renew allO-rings!

Slide IFP over re-Bound shaft!
Position IFP settingTool between IFP andOutside collar of re-Bound shaft (not Inside!)

When Travel management body isFully over rebound shaft (both Grooves must be visable!)
remove IFP setting tool.

To check if IFPSetting is correct,Push TM body Down and releaseSuddenly!
Body should bounceBack as shown inPictures!

Insert rebound shaft with TM bodyAnd SPV valve. Tighten top capWith long 17 mm socket!

Fill telescope with oil fromBottom, while pulling reboundShaft up and down to bleed System.Use 155 ccl in total.

If SPV volume Adjust looks like this, thread back in untill it looks like picture at bottom! Before reinstalling.
