• June 24th at 9pm: web services (ABS) shut down
• June 26th: general system shut down
• July 10th: system re-opened

All data will be copied to a Canadian server Sharing rights will be copied

• Led by the Office of Energy Efficiency

• Methodology used to develop the Canadian 1-100 scales is identical to US
• Both express performance on a percentile basis compared to peer group
• Canadian scales based on Canadian buildings dataset (Survey of Commercial and Institutional Energy Use – 2009)

Data centers
Data center energy use must be metered as of July
Estimates will no longer be permitted
In Canada, there will not be a model for data centers at launch
If not sub-metered, include all energy use and enter area as ‘other’ space type (which cannot exceed 10% of the building’s area)
If sub-metered, the data centre energy use and floor area can be removed
