High quality range of fixtures equipped with sophisticated ‘heat-pipe’ cooling. This cooling ensures durability and a low lumen depreciation due to quick heat dissipation. The Philips Lumileds Rebel ES LEDs are powered by a Meanwell driver. Four types of reflectors are available, three of anodized aluminum and one prismatic translucent cover. Available in IP40 and IP65 version.

These LED floodlights have a lightweight, patented housing that ensures optimal cooling of the used Philips Lumileds Luxeon LEDs. Combined with Meanwell drivers, they guarantee an extremely long life cycle. In addition to lenses with both narrow and wide angular apertures, an asymmetric version is also available. These powerhouses (up to 1000W) are an energy efficient alternative to spotlights with a metal halide lamp up to 2000W.

The housing of our most popular fixture is made of polycarbonate and provided with an opal PMMA lens. May be used as a surface mounted and semi-recessed fixture and includes mounting clamps for semi-recessed mounting. This fixture is also available with a built-in invisible microwave/daylight sensor with an adjustable detection range, burn time, and light level. Fixtures with and without sensor can be combined as master/slave (up to 10 Prodisc fixtures).

An excellent alternative to traditional recessed fluorescent fixtures. This results in an elegant fixture with an extremely low height of 10.4mm. The white anodized aluminum rim ensures proper cooling of the LEDs. We offer a wide range of power supplies and controllers for powering and controlling our LED strips. Controlling and/or dimming can be done in many ways, such as with a remote control, dial, wall controller, Dali or 1-10V controller. All this is possible with both 12V and 24V, with open (IP20) or waterproof (IP67) power supplies. It is also possible to use a state-of-the-art programmable DMX controller to control your LED strips. LED WALLWASHERSIllumination of large areas by connectable fixtures

LED wallwashers are made of anodized aluminum and are sealed at the top with tempered glass. Available in lengths of 50cm and 100cm and lenses with various angular apertures. ALUMINUM PROFILESProtect and cool your LED strips optimally

Our aluminum LED profiles are made of anodized aluminum and provide both mechanical protection and cooling of the LEDs. The profiles are available in lengths of 1 and 2 meters. Matching transparent, semi-transparent, or milky white lenses are available separately. The lenses are made of UV-resistant extruded polycarbonate. Aluminum end caps may be ordered separately.

Flexible LED strips provide a wide variety of lighting solutions, both for indoor and outdoor use.

The LED strips are available in 12Vdc and 24Vdc, with different light outputs and in many different single colors as well as in RGB(W) (red, green, blue, and white) and CW/WW versions.

In addition to the usual warm white light, the RGB(W) version makes it possible to achieve different colors and effects as desired. The CW/WW version allows one to adjust the color temperature. The medium and thick wall heat shrink tubing offers excellent resistance to abrasion and impact. It is often used for the restoration of the outer jacket of the cable and in in-line connections (coupling sleeves).

Due to the polyolefin, these heat shrink insulators may be applied to steel, aluminum, copper, standard plastic, and elastomeric insulating materials.

The medium wall heat shrink tubing is available only with an adhesive layer that guarantees waterproofing.

Shrink-Kon® uses shrinking materials by Thomas & Betts to insulate, protect, and mark your cables. Easy to use, fast shrinking, non-melting and available in thick, medium, and thin wall versions. All versions insulate and protect cables against abrasion, corrosion, and chemicals. The thick and medium wall versions are provided with an adhesive layer and are thus water resistant, making them especially suitable for demanding environments such as underground and underwater installations. The Shrink-Kon® also makes it easy to mark grounding connectors and cables. Use the distinctive green/yellow striped heat shrink tubing.

All versions are available as rolls, pre-cut (length 1.22 meters) or in a kit with hot air blower.

LOCKOUT TAGOUT PROCEDUREThe basis for working safely

Please follow these guidelines for proper implementation of the Lockout Tagout:

Step 1: PreparationPrepare locking of the energy source. Determine what type of energy is used (e.g. electrical or mechanical) and what the potential dangers are. Locate the insulator(s) and prepare the locking (‘lock out’) of the energy source.

Step 2: InformInform all operators and supervisors about the activities.

Step 3: DisableDisable the equipment or machine.

Step 4: LockingLock all sources with appropriate Brady Lockout materials to stop the energy supply to equipment or machines. Use a lock so that nobody else is able to operate the switch or valve while work is in progress. Place Brady warning tags to prevent improper use.

Step 5: TestingTest all controls and circuits of the equipment/machines in order to verify that they are completely insulated.

Step 6: Repairing or performing other activitiesPerform repair/maintenance work.

Step 7: Re-enableAfter all the work is completed and the Lockout materials are removed, inspection should take place to verify that all instruments and mechanical/electrical Lockout materials have completely been removed. Warn all personnel before turning on the power supply.
