Surface-mounting variant - only one light per licence plate The classic surface-mounting variant for trailer applications is possible by using a housing. Thanks to the optimum light output, only one light is required at the side of each licence plate (520 mm).

Flush-mounting variantThanks to the attractive low-profi le design, this light can always be fl ush-mounting easily above the licence plate. 2 LED licence plate lights are required for the even illumination of the licence plate.

Power LEDs with long service lifeOptimum light output is provided by 4 Power LEDs and precision lenses. With a service life greater than 30,000 hours, replacement is not necessary during vehicle service life.

Extremely low energy consumptionBy using Power LEDs energy consumption is low but light ouput is signifi cantly improved.

High dust and water resistanceThe high protective rating IP 6K9K is guaranteed through the high quality, precision castings.

12 V and 24 V versionWidespread use in a multitude of vehicles is possible thanks to the availability of both 12 V and 24 V versions.

Replacement possibilityHella's tried-and-trusted licence plate light with fi lament bulb 2KA 005 049 can be replaced with the aid of the new LED fl ush-mounting variant.

Extremely low energy consumptionThrough the combination of effi cient light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and precision optics, our lights achieve the legally prescribed light distribution – and do so with 90 % less power in comparison with bulb-based lights!

No light-source replacement, no maintenance and an extremely long service life.LEDs are semi-conductor components, which means they do not have a fragile fi lament. In addition, LEDs are absolutely resistant to impact and vibration. This guarantees lighting and safety in every situation. Furthermore, the service life of LEDs is about 30,000 operating hours, depending on the ambient temperatures, and thus exceeds the overall vehicle mileage performance.
