COMPANY PROFILE

In order to fulfill the performance demands of LED-based general lighting applications, Led Distributions Corp,

applies unique know-how and experience in the integration of electronic, optical and thermal management

technologies that permit the creation of reliable LED devices tested in real life projects with tremendous

success standing over 30,000 hours of actual run-time. All Led Distributions Corp, products are fabricated in

ISO 9001 production centers and their reliability is certified by the most strict quality standards in the industry

such as CE, FCC, UL and RoHS.

LED Distributions created and markets innovative LED lighting systems and solutions that outperform

conventional lighting systems in terms of functionality, cost efficiency, energy savings and maintenance

efficiency. We have been providing LED lighting products since 2010. In early 2010 we introduced an

expanded product line to include street, roadway and tunnel lighting, warehouse and manufacturing facility

lighting, indoor and outdoor parking facility lighting, freezer lighting, flood and billboard lighting, interior lighting

and architectural street lighting and controls.

Our products save money by saving energy, in most cases, by as much as 90%. Less wattage used means

less electricity used. Less electricity used means a reduced carbon footprint and a cleaner, healthier

environment on this planet we all share.

LED TECHNOLOGY

A Light Emitting Diode (LED) is a semiconductor device which converts electricity into light. LED lighting has

been around since the 1960s, but is just now beginning to appear in the residential market for space lighting.

At first white LEDs were only possible by "rainbow" groups of three LEDs -- red, green, and blue -- by

controlling the current to each to yield an overall white light. This changed in 1993 when Nichia created a blue

indium gallium chip with a phosphor coating that is used to create the wave shift necessary to emit white light

from a single diode. This process is much less expensive for the amount of light generated.

Each diode is about 1/4 inch in diameter

and uses about ten milliamps to operate

at about a tenth of a watt. LEDs are

small in size, but can be grouped

together for higher intensity applications.

LED fixtures require a driver which is

analogous to the ballast in fluorescent

fixtures. The drivers are typically built

into the fixture (like fluorescent ballasts)

or they are a plug transformer for

portable (plug-in) fixtures.

What are the advantages of the LED Lights?

All our products integrate high-power LEDs as light sources. High-power LEDs are bright and aesthetic

(suitable for general lighting), energy efficient (consume 80% less than traditional incandescent lamps), long

lasting (operate for at least 50,000 hours) and generate no heat into the environment. These advantages make

you save money in 3 ways:

1. You pay less in your electricity bill (at least 80% savings)

2. You pay less in replacements and maintenance

3. You pay less in air conditioning

Less consumption, longer life, and heatless illumination are benefits of great economic and ecological value.

Without doubt, LED lighting will positively contribute to global energy conservation in the years ahead playing a

key role in environmental sustainability.

Features and Benefits

The inherent features of LED decide it to be the best alternative to conventional light source, and provide a wide range of application. Small size: A LED is essentially a tiny chip, about 4.5mm, encapsulated in an epoxy resin enclosure, so it can be extremely small and light. Low power consumption: Generally a LED is designed to operated at 2-3.6v, 0.02-0.03A current, that mean, it needs no More than 0.1w to operate. High luminous efficiency and low heat emitting: Due to the special materials that used to make LEDs, during electrons transition, LEDs mainly emit electromagnetic energy in the infrared pat of the spectrum which can`t be seen but is felt as heat. That is to say, LEDs are of high luminous efficiency and low heat emitting. The best LED in the market now emits 150Lm/W, which is almost tenfold as efficient as an equivalent tungsten-filament light bulb.

Environmental protection: LEDs are made from non-toxic material, unlike the fluorescent lights with mercury that will pose a pollution danger. LEDs can be recycled too. Unbreakable: The light-emitting device of a LED is completely embedded in an epoxy resin enclosure which is much more sturdy that the bulb and fluorescent tube; there are no loose and moving parts within the solid epoxy enclosure. This makes LEDs virtually indestructible.
